TWO STOREY SIDE EXTENSION

Our client wanted to improve the entrance to the property, create a downstairs WC and utility room, and additional bedroom upstairs.

 

Cost was a primary factor in the project. With this in mind the design needed to be as efficient as possible, with minimal alterations to the existing layout and services, and an effective use of the additional space.

 

The sence of approach creates a far improved first impression.  The additional space and enhanced layout internally works successfully with the client's lifestyle.  The design allowed for a fast and economic build, and added significant value to the property.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As the client was also refurbishing the property they commissioned us to produce a 3D fly through so they could see how the internal space would feel and how the new render would fit with the existing brickwork.

 

TWO STOREY FRONT & SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION

MAIDSTONE, KENT

 

As a growing family our client wanted additional family space downstairs and to create an ensuite master bedroom for themselves upstairs.

 

To reduce the impact of the works, we phased the project so that the area which the family required more urgently (the kitchen/dining area) was built first, with the works to the Master Bedroom left at first fix to complete when they were ready.

 

The light, open plan kitchen/dining area acts as a lovely family space.  The young children now have a designated play area, separate to the living room, for the family to enjoy.
